As promised I return with my meals for the day:
A fresh salad with ½ cucumber, 1 tomato, 1-2 green/red pepper, 1½ green onion, lots of chopped fresh herbs, salt, all sliced and no dressing. 1 grilled white vegetable marrow with dehydrated chopped garlic, salt and pepper. A grapefruit and cherries. 50 gr sun flower seeds witch I don’t know if I’m allowed to eat, but I consider it anyway a 1st cheat since I had no intention to eat those but could not help myself. I have the impression I had a lot of eating but I was unsatisfied with the food, till the sun flower seeds gave me the impression I’m full. Or maybe it was the green tea taken right after. Anyway, it’s 21.30 here and here ends my first day in this new diet.
