Well almost the end to my second week on here.... it has been great so far. I have gotten so much support and suggestions on how to prepare my veggies a lil bit tastier. It's the weekend and for me it is so much harder to stick with my plan than if I am at work. It makes me anxious because I have to weigh in on Tuesday and right now I still pretty much gage my success by the number on the scales. I think in my heart "lifestyle change" but my head wants lower numbers right away!
