I was so happy today when I finally found some low carb tortilla shells, which means I can make so many of my favorite foods again without jacking my carb count through the roof.

I do wish that we could adjust the pie graph that shows the percentages of the three macronutrients per day to show net carbs instead of total carbs but hey, what we have is better than nothing, lol.

Still getting over this sinus stuff and today's been one of my not so good days with my fibro so I hurt to bad to do my workout stuff. I did about 10 minutes before I was ready to cry, so figured it was time to give it up for the day.

I also found some Atkins snacks that I'm going to try. I tried the cookies and cream bar today and was pleasantly surprised, as most "diet" foods usually taste icky, with that artificial sweetener taste, but these were actually pretty good. I only ended up eating half the bar because I had had enough sweet and put the other half up to eat later and it disappeared. Not sure if my son got ahold of it.. lol.
