Had a nice evening with friends. I was freaked out about over eating but it went well, I enjoyed the homemade pizza and glass of wine but didn't feel compelled to overeat. I just need to trust myself.

Good for you! I still find going out to be very challenging. I do well when I am in control. Going out today for lunch and dinner. Lunch will be ok because I will be ordering from the menu and think I can do well. Tonight we are going to murder mystery theater and I have no idea what we will be eating. We will see what happens.
