Yep things have slowed and that was inevitable. I have been under 1700 cals a day this month and been very active. It's no worry to me I am quite enjoying the challenge of being on a diet - I have learnt such lot about food and dieting in the last six weeks that will help me keep healthy for the rest of my life. I have pretty much decided to not drink beer at least for the rest of March and hopefully April

As a lover of all things beer-y and wine-y I applaud your resolve. I'm not sure I could do that. I do try to keep the carbs down though but have a couple of bottles of decent beer stashed away for if I'm going to treat myself. If you want a drink, vodka with sparkling water and a splash of bitters is refreshing and low carb.
