This always happens with me...I'll stall, go up a couple pounds, then drop several overnight. I guess it's the way my metabolism works! I'm not complaining. I got off the scale and back on 4 times this morning to make sure it was reading right! Does anyone else do that?

It happens to me now and then. Lately, I have not lost a thing for about a month, but then from Monday to Wednesday I lost like 7 lbs!

I know that feeling. I'm hoping to be on that downward trend now since I've been stalled for a while. And yes, the scale dance happens all the time in my house! I'll weigh, weigh my leg to reset it, then weigh again just to check.
