I'm looking forward to weighing in at Weight Watchers tomorrow - it has been 2 weeks since I last weighed in at a WW meeting and I think I have had a good week. I've been tracking my food for almost 4 weeks, a new first for me, and I think it has really helped.
The plan was to make homemade pizza and stay in tonight with my hubby. I was going to make myself the portebella mushroom pizza. But plans have changed, now friends are coming over, my best friend from ever and ever and her husband! But she is so critical of me taking up a more active/healthy lifestyle the past few years. So this scares me! I will make a homemade pizza but make it healthy and she wants to bring pizza also. Hers will of course be much tastier because she will spare NO calories and make it very rich. This shouldn't be a competition but somehow it still feels that way. I will stick to this and not ruin my weigh in tomorrow. I will focus on having fun being with friends and not focus on the food. Maybe I'll make a vegetable tray with some low cal dip to have along with the pizza to have some filling foods. And I'll drink caffeine free diet Coke instead of beer. It's my house and I'll be in control of what I put in my mouth!
Any words of encouragement would be appreciated!
