Starting doing Wii Fit Plus with my wife, why is it women can exercise and dance so much better than a man? My off timing does my make my workouts longer .I'm starting to go a little faster and longer on my outdoor walks too,I doing fine with my food, I do add a ton of vegetables to my dinner meals. I'm starting to realize that I have no timetable so I'm just going to stay on a steady course! I also got a call to ref some basketball games Fri and saturdays that should add to my exercise

Wonderful realization!!! There isn't a "hurry" ... and adopting that attitude along with realizing that when you are "done" with Jenny Craig you will need to find ways to eat that maintain your loss is simply stupendous!!! Have a wonderful, healthy, fun-filled weekend.
