I'm feeling wonderful! Battling PMS (sorry fellas) and the worst craving I've had so far is for a spoonful of peanut butter. Normally I'd lose control and gorge on chocolate and nachos and hot & spicy chex mix and... oh, I won't go any further.
I've been making quick smoothies to fix any sweets cravings that do arise. A handful of frozen, no-sugar-added strawberries, a sprinkle of Splenda, a dab of vanilla extract, and a splash of milk or fat free half and half. They're awesome!
We're right at the bottom of this huge freezing mass of mess in the U.S., and we have a chance of freezing rain and sleet today. No fun! I have to house manage a TAKE 6 (Grammy Award-winning a cappella group) concert tonight, and we really need to sell those tickets! I'm willing the ice away :)
