Diet pills may help you lose weight temporarily, but you will most likely gain it back shortly after you lose it. Stick with changing your foods and exercise. You don't have much left to lose, and these last few pounds are going to be the hardest to get rid of. If you were losing on your other plan, good thing you are back on it. Some of the centers don't seem to be too in to putting people back on the old plans.
Pick an exercise routine that you can see yourself doing for a long time to come, on a regular basis, and then work the diet around that. You shouldn't have to cut back on your workouts, if you plan on continuing them in the future. I had to cut mine back because I know that I won't be working out 60 minutes a day, five days a week, if I wasn't dieting. Three to four days is more likely for me. I am making the diet work for me at three to four days working out.
Good luck with everything, and I really hope that the change in diet is helping.
