Another week another pound.
The diet is the easy part, the only losing a pound is the tough part. I know, I know any pound is good, but man after all that just to lose a pound. Basically I have followed the Phase 2 all the way except for two nights of the week. On those nights, I have dinner out or a few beers, etc. I mean, I am never going to survive on no alcohol for months at a time. Working out 6 days a week. 45 minutes a day. Running 12-15 miles a week.
Anyway, that is the end of Phase 2 now on to Phase 3. I had a cookie yesterday and it was good but other than that there isn't much on Phase 3 that I am excited about. More interested in lifting weights in Phase 4.
The wife, she lost 3 pounds. :( :)
