1. Just let myself sleep in today until I felt well rested and ready to get up. Seems to have helped.
2. My weight had a significant drop today for the first time in a while. Down over 2 pounds.
3. Ketosis reading was up @ 50 today. Nice!
4. Blood sugar @ 115 mg/dL.
5. Blood Pressure is still scary high today at 148/98 @ 89 bpm.
6. More exercise is needed and I plan to start in earnest today toward that goal.
7. Calorie intake was still too high yesterday. I feel I can do much better going forward. Just need to plan my meals out a little better.
8. Today is a new day. Greet it with a smile!
