WOW I LOST 9.5 LBS!!! I GUESS ME NOT EATING SO MANY THINGS OFF THE DOLLAR MENU AT ONE TIME, HAVING SECONDS AT HOME, & NOT DRINKING COKES OR BEER HELPED ALOT!! NOW NEXT WEEK I'LL HAVE TO WORK EXTRA HARD B/C THATS ALWAYS THE BAD WEEK, BUT MAYBE NOT IF I COULD LOSE HALF OF WHAT I DID THIS WEEK IT WOULD BE OKIE DOKIE WITH ME. I KNOW YOUR ONLY SUPPOSED TO LOSE LIKE 1 TO 2 LBS A WEEK BUT I LIKE TO GO BIG LOL!!! I'M TRYIN TO FIND MY MEASURING TAPE B/C I FEEL LIKE I LOST SOME INCHES. MY TUMMY FEELS LIKE IT LOST THE MOST WHEN I FEEL OF IT, BUT NOT WHEN I LOOK AT IT? THE CHIN THAT HAD STARTED TO CLONE MY OTHER CHIN IS STARTING TO SLIP AWAY. MY WEDDING RING CAN TWIST ON MY FINGER. (IT HAD STARTED LOOKING LIKE I HAD A FAT ROLE ON MY FINGER) I MEAN I'M SURE YOU CAN'T SEE IT YET BUT I CAN FEEL IT!!!!
