It's called the Paleo diet...or the cave man diet... or the "deflaming" diet. It's super-restrictive: no sugar, no grains, no legumes, no dairy, no fried foods, no pre-packaged foods. You can have lean meats, vegetables, fruits, red potatoes (sauted and in moderation), water and green tea. I modified it a little, because I'm looking down both barrels at 40 and thought cutting out dairy was a really bad idea. So I have a couple servings of low-fat milk or low-fat cheese during the day. So, that's the diet ...coupled with my karate workouts.
