Yesterday, I went to the doc to review my labs. This was the 6-month lab recheck since I switched to this naturopathic doc. She switched me back to natural thyroid, added fish oil, B12, and D supplements, and a natural progesterone cream. Results were pretty good! Glucose and insulin were perfect (no sign of diabetes!), triglycerides down 20 points, LDL cholesterol down 10 points, vitamin D up 15 points, and cardio CRP down 11 points! My hormone panel slightly improved, but thyroid antibodies still out of control. It is encouraging to see such a change! She made some adjustments to my B12 and progesterone, and will see me again in 3 months.

I'm battling a yucky sinus infection/cold and ate like crap Sunday and Monday. Back to eating 100% clean today.

Sounds like the doctor's visit went well and you are on the right path to wellness. Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well but inspired that even not feeling well, you are trying to eat clean. Good for you...you will be rewarded.
