OK. Big change in my diet.
The holidays made me gain 2.7 kg, and I just couldn't get myself back on track afterwards.
So I decided to take my diet up a level. I went to a Weight Watchers meeting on Saturday. Hopefully showing my food diary to the coach each week for feedback, and being weighed, will motivate me to stay on track.
So as from next Saturday I am weighing in on FatSecret every Saturday with my WW weight level.
