OK. So in the last week and a half, I worked out 5 times (not bad!)but still waiting for the weight to go down. Actually it went up a little as it often does when you start to work out. Hope all of you are doing well. Momma
85.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
