I actually started the Fat Smash on May 29 because of the Memorial holiday. So far, I feel like I am doing awesome. I really don't want to exercise at all, but I do anyway. I have cooked for my family everyday since I started and except for 1 day haven't been phased by it at all. (I didn't eat anything that I cooked.) I have 2 more days counting today until I weigh in. As long as I stay excited and motivated this will work for me. I am a very big overeater. Not so much at one time, just all the time. God help me!!

I'm excited for you! I'm glad you're excited, but start preparing yourself to find things to keep yourself away from food when the motivations wanes. I find I have to remove myself from my typical spots in the house. I even rearranged the furniture in the family room because it gave me a sense of "new" and didn't immediately trigger me to eat. Strange, but true. :)
Good luck!

Exercise is the key. It helps burn fat, increase bone mass and build muscle tissue that kicks up your metabolism. You will feel and look better.
