Just tried a new recipe... yummy! I made the cauliflower 'rice' and topped it with sauteed chicken, onion, peppers, garlic and a little sea salt. OMG felt like I really was enjoying a bowl of chicken and rice!
5 days left on this 2nd wk of P1... not weight loss this morning... did do a bit more with exercise this morning and am now on my way to NIA dance.
