Almost a week into induction, 3.2lbs down! Figured out a new "dessert" for myself today, wish I had thought of it sooner! Pumpkin "pie". Canned pumpkin (100% pumpkin, not pie filling), some vanilla, truvia, cinnamon & nutmeg. Warm in the microwave, and it's very tasty. Doesn't taste exactly like pumpkin pie (some pumpkin pie spice would help that I'm sure), but it's sweet & full of good veggie!
