today am finally feeling somewhat alive after being sick for days..wow..feels good..feel like ive been losing weight i know ive lost ateast 4lbs in 7days but am to begin feminine cycle today or tomorrow so not gonna weigh in for atleast 5 days as not to get discouraged..lol i know u ladies know what i mean o.0 anyways..wanted to wish every one a happy day ^_^ and think thin!!!

i know you guys would prolly say im drinking too much coffee but it is ground/brewed and 0 carbs..and am gonna be sure to get proper veggies and drink proper water each day..and to be honest i like this NOT feeling hungry feeling..its great..still having problems with the protein thing must tweak taht when i can finally get the veggie and water thing down to a science taking one thing at a time now as i was getting too overwhelmed..and i think it was good advice..so happy day ^_^ dar

LOL...you are my kinda girl, you coffee fiend! the induction acceptable foods list does limit your coffee to 2 c. per day, and then (rather smugly -- I think -- says if you are a true caffiene addict, its best to break that habit during induction. So I've been REALLY cutting back, compared to before I started.. I'd drink 8 cups before I started my day! I am so not hungry now and I have to make myself eat at regular intervals. I never thought that would happen, did you? Great job...Keep up the good work

Glad you are feeling better today! You will find that as you drink more water, your needs for all other drinks, especially caffiene will go down. But my perspective is one thing at a time. Enjoy the coffee.

hey you guys...thanks for getting back with me..and hope u too are feeling good and healthy and happy ^_^ i actually can drink from the same home made latte all day every day plus ive added the 640z of water..which i do believe IS keeping me full(er) for sure , lol i think we all have our foilbles adn we have to deal with them progressivly as coffiene, is an addition afterall, and although i really dont THINK i need it..i ENJOY it!! but i did cut out diet sprite and diet coke drastically..i am a fluid junky anyways as my meds make me dehydrate all the time..and usually hungry but not so much since ive started this journey..anyways before i write ya a novel...lol i will just end by saying..have a wonderful day smiles dar ^_^
