omg I did 50 min workout this morning! I'm sore from yesterday and I'm pretty sure I'll be sore tomorrow lol no pain no gain I'm very proud of myself I pushed and did 5 days exercising this week... finally after in my head knowing I need to get motivated and off my ass. lol it's not easy but I find once I get on a roll I'm good for a little bit at least lol I'll tell ya working out isn't just for your body physically it also helps u feel good about yourself and puts u in a better mood. I deal with anxiety and I know exercising will help. besides summer is coming soon, I wanna feel good and hopefully look a little better anyways..i don't have my young self anymore. couple more years and I hit 40😮! anyways I got week one done😊
