I have lost 10lbs and I feel great! I started the diet on Tuesday, May 29 and began the Slim in 6 workout. I worked out twice a day Saturday and Sunday. I think I may do the detox another week, just because of the amount of weight I lost. I talked to a friend of mine and he said that I am losing water weight right now, and then afterwards I will be losing fat and then I will plateau. I do know that if I plateau, then I need to change my exercise routine. So good luck and thanks for all the comments and suggestions!!
