I am having a couple of days that I am hungry. I am still making wise choices though. Went to Water Aerobics last night had a great time. I will go again tomorrow. I am proud of myself for being so committed to getting healthy.

Try snacks with fiber or good fat - I am a huge fan of walnuts since they give me a fuller feeling than almonds. In addition, I eat plain high fiber cereals as snacks. Good luck and keep up the good work!!!

Make sure you are getting enough good fats, that should help you feel satisfied.
