The last six months have been really challenging. Dealing with financial and health issues has taken it's toll on my body. I haven't been able to exercise, because of flu and other health issues. My eating habits has been poor. I have eaten far too much carbs in the form of bread. So, today I recommit to losing the extra kilos and get to a 100kg asap.
