SO I am up a pound. I had six days off from work and totally enjoyed it. Must have over indulged in the libations because I stayed on track with my fresh diet when it came to food. Wow, they always said that drinking alcohol was consuming empty calories... I didn't think I drank that much, a few here and there but definitely more so than if I had been working. Next time I will think twice before having another. Again no excuses...no one to find at fault but me.... back on track... I need to push myself into exercising... I really do despise it... I worked in the yard, battled rough seas for 12 hours and did a whole lot of walking, still not enough to burn those drinks... smh...
