They had me coem in twice this week b/c I went up at my tuesday weigh in....down a little bit! Nothing to get excited about! I hope that tuesday shows a bigger loss on the scale for me!

nope, I go in once a week on tuesdays.....They told me that if I want to come in more then once a week I sure can but that they only needed me to come in once.
