I'm trying not to eat too much because we weigh in at the end of the day. I couldn't resist; I snuck into the nurse's office to peek at my weight so I could bring in my money if I had to. (We have to pay $1 for every pound we gain -- which isn't fair because people gain muscle mass when they exercise. But that's off the subject.)
I have lost at least 4 pounds, close to five if I weigh in naked later. That's despite me being awful these past two weeks :P That's really encouraging!
