1. Exercise is moving along nicely. I got in over an hour long walk last night and covered several miles at a good pace. After 3 days of good walks each night, I am very sore in my legs today. I feel like my mussels are holding on to a lot of fluid to repair themselves. Thus...
2. I saw a slight weight gain of 2 pounds back today. My legs are very tight this morning with no visible swelling or surface water retention. Foot swelling is gone.
3. the real win is in the rest of my numbers this morning...
4. Ketosis reading was up again @ 59 on the acetone breath meter.
5. Blood pressure was 122/86 @ 86 bpm.
6. Blood sugar @ 75 mg/dL. This one is huge for me! So happy to have this under 100 for the first time. I will continue to watch this closely. Hopefully, this will be the new steady reading...if not lower.
7. I am feeling better overall! Got to keep up the exercise and even continue to add to it. The exercise is key to my numbers staying in line. It is a balance of diet and exercise that gets me where I want to go.
8. My mental state is better but still a work in progress.
9. Normal time sleep is still an issue. My mind just seems to be in overdrive at night. My legs throbbing last night added to the struggle but, I will take that one with a smile.
10. I will reclaim my LIFE!
