Hello people! I need to get back on Fat Secret to keep me accountable! I didn't workout the last two days and my WOE has been off. I need to keep tracking everything I eat! I haven't weighed for a while either- afraid to see. 😬 I have been missing my mom, my dad got remarried a few weeks ago and it's a lot to adjust to- I am fighting a cold and some "blues". But! God is good and it's supposed to be almost 70 degrees today! Time to get out and walk it off!! Praise the Lord!
