Crap, I went over on my carbs today. I was working so hard not to be tempted to eat too much at the Ukrainian lunch, by the time we got home it was dinner time and I was starving. I didn't let myself go crazy and eat the first thing I saw. I carefully thought about how I could add some fiber. I made myself a wonderful, cheese, lentil, tomato wrap. Which would have been fine, but I didn't notice until it was too late the second helping took me 20 grams over in carbs. And I still didn't quite make it to 30 grams of fiber, but I think 28 is the closest I've made it.

How are people using the Belly Fat Cure getting 30 grams of fiber without going over the carbs and sugar?

The BFC book recommends between 25 and 30 grams per day...so you are well into that range. And, don't beat yourself up on the carb overage, I am sure you have had some lighter days and it averages. Sounds like you made it through the eating out weekend quite well - Congrats!

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm finding it easier and easier to follow the S/C guidelines, but I still haven't figured out a daily source of fiber. I'm trying lentils this week. I weigh in tomorrow.
