Gave my PT a list of a typical week's food intake, and she reckons I need to eat more (of course, clean stuff) and focus less on the calories :S I'm nervous because it's taken so much discipline for me to eat less, but I trust her :) I asked for her help because I'm working out like a mad woman, not eating a lot, and the scales don't budge!! So I know I'm doing something wrong on the diet end of things. Looking forward to this being the key!
