Ok, yesterday was AWESOME. Got up at the crack of dawn to meet my friend. We walked to the gym, did cardio for 30 minutes, walked home (.40 miles each way and lots of snow/ice on the sidewalks). Got ready for work..WALKED to work. Worked (on my feet all day), walked home. I made my step goal before 10 am :)
