as far as my diet goes having a hard time doing the veggies as i dont care much for veggies cabbage and kale and lettuce is about it!!! and tomatoe here and there so how will i ever get my veggie count up :( still forcing wter as well..ugh

Highly recommend that you check out this site. AMAZING veggie recipes like "just like stuffed baked potatoes" http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/ Most people who don't like Veggies when they start Atkins start really liking them once they get in and experiment with them. Tomorrow I'm making the cauliflower-pizza that everyone is raving about. If it is good enough, I plan on serving it at a party next weekend for my NON-dieting friends.

awwww u r so thoughtful and thanks will indeed check it out as that sounds good..yeah im not too big a fan of veggies never have been other then cabbge, kale and cukes and onion and gp...things like raw celery brocc and cauli i have trouble with bc auto accident and lost lower partial awaiting a new one atm...been through alot of tragedy last year or so and physical and emotional duress so..some things are a little harder then others for me unfortunately but determination is something i do have and with your help will even do better thanks ^_^
