Judging by my weigh-in today, I had to have done my math wrong for my beginning weight because I can honestly not see it being possible to lose 12 lbs in 2 days. I have stuck to my calorie count and stayed very active and have been drinking alot of water. 6 lbs a day is not healthy so I might have to change up a little bit or use a calculator to double check my math. ( my scale will give me 5 diff readings in 5 minutes...lol)
