i worked my butt off in three workout classes. i saw a woman who was in spin class last week and she was taking zumba than we took a weight class and then kickboxing. the lady weighed us in class 137 and did our bmi which was not very good at all. that number will be revealed in a private post. tomorrow we are going to do spin class that really hurts my quads which kinda hurts my running in the morning
