Hmmmm
I think that I to pay closer attention to exactly what I am eating. I think that I am eating WAY to much fat and it could affect me in the long run.

I found a new wafer cockie to eat it is the Oh Yeah! Peanut butter wafer - sounds good I will let you know after snack :)

I need to do a bit more excercise - I.m not getting the Wii done for an hour every night and it BUGS me.

Nope. You are averaging 68% fat. That is right in the window of where you should be for Induction. Remember that Atkins is a low-carb/HIGH fat diet. You are doing fine. Is the cookie an Akins product? If not, Don't do it until OWL. Atkins products are specifically tested for blood-sugar reactions, so I'd be wary of any other low-carb products. Also, nuts are only in OWL.
