I'm feeling discouraged lately. I was running at least 4-6 times a week for about 2 months and I gained 5 pounds. I felt like I was eating reasonably well. I want to keep tracking my calories but I'm going to need to find something different to do exercise wise. Possibly thinking about starting up my volleyball workouts again. I need to plan it out and see if I can make time for it.
