Mmmm I could go for some icecream, spaghetti and marshmallows.... all piled on top of each other :D That would be delicious.

Before the diet... I was hungry when I was bored.
On the diet... I'm hungry when I'm bored.

Really it doesn't make a difference. I just can't stuff my face with sugary goodness.
Same today, my shake and tea for breakfast. Someone told me not to do that but I feel sick when I eat more, or I get hungry within ten minutes or get a wretched stomach ache.
Had the rest of last nights omelette for lunch. No more omelettes ... those make me feel disgusting. Veggies are delicious though. Salad is not...

Wasn't hungry at all today but I had painting class ... and was working all day and when I wasn't in class I was collecting free things from the Golden rep :D
I only eat when I'm bored... or procrastinating.

Lamb was good :) Craving milk... I'm sued to having three or four glasses of milk a day... so this is a little bit rough. Especially since I dislike water.. tastes funny. Even the 'good' bottled.. crap. A juice isn't good... we'll see.

My stomach has shrunk, which is fine and dandy.
