Bad day yesterday ! I wasn't feeling very good, so just layed around eating junkfood! I started out good! I meant well?!!!! But, as time went on.. I started not feeling well??? I felt dizzy and then a headache!!! I ate nuts all day long and see's candy( I usually have one or two a day on this new diet I've started!!) I just can't go to See's anymore I guess, because I lack self control,obviously!!! Not until I lose some weight!!! I woke up feeling tired and bloated!!! My fingers don't even look like me!! They are theses short little fat fingers!!!😂
