Wow I just started and I am seeing progress. I used to never feel hungry because I ate through out the day. Now I am actually feeling hungry when I don't eat enough at a meal. It's GREAT!!! I am looking up everything in my calorie counter book. It's a real eye opener. I am drinking so much more water. Thats all I drink besides my milk in my cereal. My exercising hasn't been good over the part 2 days. Today I am starting up and hopfully will get into a schedual soon. As of right now I am doing great. I hope this continues because I want this weight off BADLY!!!
