Okay well this weekend, I blew the diet!!! I am telling you weekends are a killer for me, I do great all week long and then the weekend hits and I BLOW IT!!!! I have however made it through 4 days with out a cigarette!!!!! So I figure once I get through this week I will be able to focus again on the weightloss, that is not to say that I am not working on both this week, but next week should be easier. Good Luck to all.
