So over the weekend I ate out on Sat and on Sunday I went to a breakfast buffet. I think that I did pretty good on both days, Sat I had a small breakfast and then a snack before we left so that I wasn't starving when we got to the restaurant. On Sunday we didn't have reservations until noon so I didn't even eat before I went but I still didn't do bad, I had some eggs, potatoes, Mountain Dew (had to have it, since we were out), a little bit of a waffle and a small piece of dessert (very small).
So tonight is the night that I weigh in and I just hope that the scale isn't too mean to me...haha!!
