Day 3 so far so good...
Breakfast today felt like a feast...Cinnamon roll oatmeal, berries, and milk...I am down at least 0.5 lb so far...but in truth I started around 158, so that would be 2.5 lbs down...but I'll take the 0.5 lb!

I didn't realize how weighing yourself in a pair of shorts and a T-shirt can make a big difference in your weight on the scale. From now on I am weighing sans apparel. LOL

Yes, it can make a big difference. The best time to weight yourself is in the morning AFTER you've gone to the bathroom and BEFORE you eat anything and SANS apparel. lol Way to go on the 2.5 lbs. Keep up the good work. :)

Absolutely! I only weigh myself first thing in the morning, after I use the bathroom, with nothing on. I even take off my jewelry! I figure that is the most consistent way to weigh-in.
