I feel really proud of myself. I managed to eat only what I had set out for myself and resisted going for that second taco, though I didn't quite feel full at the time. Even now, 5 hours later, I still feel satiated. This makes me happy. Tomorrow I plan on cycling for 45 minutes, while setting enough time to do my school readings. I can do this. I can do this.
