well, went shopping today. i have stayed at my 25 points all week but not exercised as much as i should. Don't know if weigh in will go well on tuesday, but tomorrow morning I will resume nonslacker exercise schedule. daily, swim or bike at 6am, home about 7, walking dvd in late morning, and bowflex in evening(3days). Messed up my back a few days ago, don't know how so that explains yesterday and today... but the fact that its cold out and my bed is nice and warm at 5:30 am explains the rest of last week! heres hoping that i will follow through... i must... i must... current jeans slightly too baggy... next jeans slightly too tight... body must find new size (smaller please) and soon!!!
