Well im back again, I started really good over the summer but now im pretty much back to where i started. But now its a new year and i defenetly want it to be a new me. Like everyone else who wants to lose weight for the new year my biggest new years resolution is to lose weight. And i will put my all into it. This summer will for sure be a different one for me. I work full time and im a full time mom, i dont have time to go to the gym but i will dedicate 30-45 minutes every day to workout and follow on my challenges. I am also giving up on red meat and i've stocked my frezzer with chicken and fish. Wish me luck everydody, And good luck to everyone out there. =)
