99.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Square one is a good place to start if you fall backwards. I was back to negative square 1 by 4 pounds this time when I started. Today I am still 1/2 pound behind square 1 but staying optimistic! So keep your chin up and don't give up! Happy losing! Gram
