"Holy Crap!" is what I let loose in the Kaiser office when I saw the number 507.5. I immediately apologized, but the joy remained.
Minutes earlier while waiting to be called, I was performing Jedi-mind techniques on myself. "Be happy with whatever the result turns out to be," I convinced myself.
I know my potential to reduce my weight is high because of how heavy I am, but it sure did feel good to see that number.
Been lagging on the steps this past week.

Veggies are you friend for sure. They support your weight loss and give you so much in the way of nutrients. You are doing great. Have you read Penn's Gillette new book, "Presto!
