Starting over....I have been way off track and have let my stressful life get in the way of my eating and exercising and I am tired of it. I just have to try and get and stay focused again, which I know I can do. I keep waiting for my life to settle down a bit before I was going to get serious with this again but I am coming to realize that that may never happen, so there is no better time than now!! I have been off track for about 3 weeks and have gained 5 pounds I believe. So disappointed in myself but I only have myself to blame. I know how to eat well and I have to MAKE myself exercise no matter how long and overwhelming work days, I have to do it for myself. My business is hopefully sold and I am praying I am out by June 20th, then my work life will become like a normal employee and not a business owner. I hope everyone is doing well..

You can do it, even in a busy schedule. You might just have to take an evening, before you go to bed, to plan out meals (EASY meals). Have faith. You can get back in there and smash that fat. :)

I know it is hard to do anything on top of a busy schedule but think of how happy you'll be when you reach your goal. You are so close, you can do it!
